Ninja skills proficientcy chapter 1.

(Hi. I won't be making 1 of these every chapter. Just when ever the protagonist has become significantly stronger since the last time I make 1 of these.)

So I wanted the protagonist to go from stuggling with even basic ninja skills to strongest ninja in the world. Problem. I want him to be so good at Fuinjutsu that he accidentally traps Naruto in his Sexy jutsu and even Fuinjutsu experts can't turn him back to normal. Solution? Performance inhancing ****. However he will stop using these once he can at least cast E rank jutsu's without issue.)

Durability: Average for a kunoichi genin, below average for a male genin.

Charka: Abysmally low. Will be tired after using 1 average E rank jutsu. Will pass out after using basic clone jutsu, the hardest E rank jutsu to cast.

Chakra control: Below average for genin.

Speed: Below average for genin.

Stealth: Average for genin.

Ninja tool use: Average for a genin.

Ninjutsu: Below average for a genin.

Taijutsu: Below average for a genin.

Genjutsu: Doesn't know any.

Fuinjutsu: Below average for a Jonin that specializes in fuinjutsu. However can only use them after taking performance inhancing ****.

E rank: 3

Transformation Jutsu proficancy: Average for any Ninja.

Substitution jutsu: Below average.

Clone jutsu: Abysmal

Finger carving seal: Cannot be cast without performance inhancing ****.

Sealing jutsu release: Cannot be cast without performance inhancing ****.

B rank: 2

Cloth paralysis jutsu: Cannot be cast without ****. Will be knocked **** afterwards.

Enclosing jutsu: Cannot be cast without ****. Will be knocked **** afterwards.

Chakra draining seal: Only ever cast once. Even after using performance inhancing **** almost died after use. The only reason didn't die is because it drained chakra from target.
